Extra mileage to be quoted separately. Average costs are $8/mile for the semi-trailer with the cabin and two pilot cars. Additional pilot cars required are at Purchaser’s expense. Additional permits, etc. to be paid by purchaser. We have been required to have police escorts…those charges will be passed on to the purchaser.

Roll-on to a foundation, if accessible, is $1,000 for our crew. It should take no more than 4 hours. Additional charges if it takes longer because of problems on-site. (If we have trouble on our side you would not be charged.)

Sherpa Cabins, Inc. requires a $1000 non-refundable deposit to secure a place in line for production, 50% of the purchase price (including approximate freight) when we begin actual construction of your cabin, the additional 40% upon completion of the cabin with the final 10% due upon delivery.
