We can build your floorplan as long as the cabin does not exceed 14’ wide x 26’ long. The ridgebeam cannot be over 32’ (2’ overhang at one end…extra on the opposite end.) Standard 14’ x 26’ cabins have a 30’ ridgebeam with 2’ eaves each end.

Extra window cost above $2,000/cabin will be charged to purchaser at our cost. Extra cabinet costs over $2,200/cabin will be charged to purchaser at our cost. Installation of rock floor in bathroom included. Extra rock at $12/sq ft. over the cost of Doug Fir. Heating costs are at the purchaser’s expense. Buyer can choose between Propane Heating Stove, electric baseboard, forced air, etc. We will install venting for propane at cost, wiring for heaters at cost or roof jack for woodstove at cost.
Bedroom addition can be figured at approximately $129 per sq. foot.

Extra mileage will be quoted separately. Average costs are $8.00/mile for the semi-trailer/driver with the cabin and one pilot car and our 3 man crew. Additional pilot cars required are at Purchaser’s expense. Additional permits, etc. to be paid by purchaser. We have been required to have police escorts…those charges will be passed on to the purchaser.
Roll-on to your foundation is a $1,000 fee allowing 4-5 hours. Over 5 hours will be charged per hour if the site is not properly prepared or unreasonably difficult to access.
Sherpa Cabins, Inc. requires a $1000 non-refundable deposit to secure a place in line for production, (Although we will try to give an approximate start time, Purchaser should be ready to go at anytime with a 10-day notice) 50% of the purchase price (including approximate freight) when we begin actual construction of your cabin, the additional 40% upon completion of the cabin with the final 10% due upon delivery.
